ROAD SAFETY QUIZ
22nd Jan 2026
Yesterday, four of our Primary Seven pupils, including our two Junior Road Safety Officers, represented our school in the local heat of the NI Primary Road Safety Quiz 2026. The quiz consisted of eight rounds with questions relating to road safety and general knowledge.
The team performed incredibly well, finishing 2nd out of 18 teams and securing a place in the final, which will take place in Cookstown on 9th March. We want to congratulate the team on their fantastic success and commend them for the time they spent learning signs and facts about road safety.
We would also like to thank Grace, a Primary Seven pupil, who worked hard and was fully prepared to step in as a substitute if needed.
We wish the team all the very best for the final, and we know that the dedication of our Junior Road Safety Officers has strengthened their knowledge and confidence.
