RETIREMENT

Today we celebrated the retirement of our principal, Miss Lindsay, who has led Clare Primary School for the past seven years. Miss Lindsay attended a special farewell assembly in honour of her service.
We extend our sincere thanks to Mr Baxter, Chair of the Board of Governors, and Rev McClelland, Vice Chair, for joining us on this memorable occasion. The school choir performed beautifully, and our pupils and Mr Wilson shared heartfelt poems and prayers in appreciation of Miss Lindsay’s time in Clare Primary School. Miss Lindsay also selected our Bucket Fillers for the week, a celebration of all the little acts of kindness here in Clare Primary School.
A presentation of gifts was made on behalf of the entire Clare Primary School family, including a very special picture featuring the fingerprint of every pupil -we trust Miss Lindsay will enjoy these gifts for years to come and look back upon her time in Clare Primary School with happy memories.
We wish Miss Lindsay well in retirement, and every happiness in the next chapter of life.
