This morning, the P6/7 class attended a cookery demonstration from the Livestock and Meat Commission. Margaret taught them about the benefits of healthy eating, labelling of food products and the importance of looking for the Farm Assurance logo. The class learned how to make a delicious chili mince and each pupil received a recipe book. The pictures don't do justice to the amazing smell and taste of the food this morning!
