A WORLD OF MUSIC AND DANCE AT CLARE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Our KS2 pupils enjoyed a lively and interactive Multicultural Music and Dance Workshop, exploring music, movement and traditions from cultures around the world.
From Irish and Ulster-Scots jigs and reels to African drumming, Chinese and Indian dance, samba rhythms and Middle Eastern sounds, the children were immersed in a truly global experience.
One of the highlights was seeing how different cultures can connect, with local and international music and dance coming together in creative and exciting ways.
The workshops were full of energy, fun and participation, giving our pupils the opportunity to celebrate diversity, learn about different cultures and enjoy making music and dancing together.
It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, laughter and teamwork throughout the day. A fantastic experience that celebrated creativity, shared traditions and the joy of learning together.
A big thank you to the workshop leaders and the ABC council for organising such an enjoyable and memorable day.
